1. MEDIA EXECUTIVE

Job Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience is preferred.

  • Diploma/Degree in the related field.

  • Skilled in video editing, social media, website and graphic design.

  • Excellent communication and copywriting skills.

  • Required to design and maintain GER’s websites, social media & blogs.

  • Fluent in both English and Malay.

2. MARKETING DIRECTOR

Job Responsibilities

  • Evaluating and developing our marketing strategy and marketing plan.

  • Planning, directing, and coordinating marketing efforts.

  • Developing and managing advertising campaigns.

  • Building brand awareness and positioning.

  • Overseeing social media marketing strategy and content marketing.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.

  • Experience in marketing and running a marketing team.

  • Proven marketing campaign experience.

  • Strong copywriting skills.

  • Experience with digital marketing forms such as social media marketing and content marketing.

3. PHOTO & VIDEO EDITOR 

Job Responsibilities

  • Conceptualise, plan, shoot & edit video content ranging from lifestyle contents, humanitarian stories and promotional videos.

  • Push our creative boundaries while delivering with quality.

  • Manage studio setups and filming equipments.

  • Photo & Video Editing.

Job Requirements

  • Min. 1 year experience in related field.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.

  • Familiar with basic camera settings.

  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator or After Effects is a plus.

  • Basic knowledge of social media management & content creation is a bonus.

4. SOCIAL MEDIA MANAGER 

Job Responsibilities

  • Consistently create social media content for campaigns & appeals.

  • Assist campaign team to plan & strategise content calendar.

  • Able to speak in front of the camera for LIVE segments.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties

Job Requirements

  • Excellent copywriting skills.

  • Able to conceptualise & create content.

  • Experienced with managing multiple social platforms.

  • Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager is a plus.

  • Positive work attitude, meticulous & able to work under pressure.

5. ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT ( PART - TIME ONLY ) 

Job Responsibilities

  • Handling office tasks, such as filing, generating reports and presentations, setting up for meetings, and reordering supplies. 

  • Screening phone calls and routing callers to the appropriate party.

  • Greet and assist visitors.

  • Maintain polite and professional communication via phone, e-mail, and mail.

  • Anticipate the need of others in order to ensure their seamless and positive experience.

Job Requirements

  • Prior administrative experience.

  • Excellent computer skills, especially typing.

  • Attention to detail.

  • Multilingual may be preferred or required.

  • Desire to be proactive and create a positive experience for others.
