1. Finance Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-
Handle full set of accounts function ( Accounts Receivable / Account Payable)
-
Perform monthly bank reconciliation, assist on month end and year end closing
-
Monitoring funds and maintain financial records
-
Supervise and provide guidance to Accounts Assistant
-
Support yearly audit which include preparation of reports, extraction of documents
-
Submission of CPF contribution and IRAS tax submission
-
Process Monthly staff payroll, payslip and claim reimbursement
PRE-REQUISITIES :
-
Minimum Diploma in Accounting
-
At least 2 Years of relevant working experience in financial operation
-
Knowledge of Xero and Quickbook accounting software
-
Proficient in MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint
-
Self-driven, meticulous, independent and a team player
2. Videographer
RESPONSIBILITIES :
-
Conceptualise, plan & shoot video content ranging from lifestyle segments, humanitarian stories & promotional videos
-
Push our creative boundaries while delivering with quality
-
Manage studio setups & filming equipments
-
Photo & Video Editing
PRE-REQUISITIES :
-
Min 2-3 years experience in related field
-
Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Lightroom, Illustrator & After Effect
-
Proficient with camera settings
-
Basic Knowledge of social media managements & content creation
3. Customer Service Officer
PRE-REQUISITIES :
-
Min qualification : O levels & above
-
Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
-
Experience in Customer Service

Strong Communication Skills
-
Excellent phone manners and comfortable in conversing in English and Malay.
